Terms and Conditions
Last updated: February 22, 2026
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are an important part of our services as executive trainers and coaches. They serve to communicate our services and conditions clearly and comprehensively and to strengthen your trust in our work. In our GTC, you will find information about our training and coaching services, prices, payment terms, notice periods, and cancellation rights. We attach great importance to ensuring that our GTC are formulated in a transparent and fair manner. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Quantensprung Akademie GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Quantensprung") and participating persons or contractual partners regarding events, programs, coaching, consulting, mediation and all other service offerings as well as the use of digital content of Quantensprung Akademie.
2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT / REGISTRATIONS
Registrations are binding. A contract for participation in an event or service is concluded upon receipt of the registration confirmation by the participant.
If the participant does not receive a rejection within 14 days, the contract is considered concluded.
In the event of overbooking, the participant will be informed immediately, and no contract will be concluded.
Separate regulations apply to e-learning products (see § 12 Digital Content / App and § 13 Digital Participation).
3. PROGRAMS – Quantum GROW & Quantum LEAP
Quantum GROW and Quantum LEAP are complete programs and are only offered and booked as a whole.

If a cancellation or rescheduling is not made within the specified timeframe, or if the participant fails to attend the appointment, the appointment will be considered completed and will be charged in full.
Coaching and consulting services do not constitute therapeutic or medical treatment and do not replace it. The participant is responsible for implementing the content developed during coaching or consulting.
There is no entitlement to a specific coach or consultant; we reserve the right to assign appointments to someone of equal qualification for organizational reasons.
Coaching content is treated confidentially; personal data is used exclusively in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. CANCELLATION BY THE ACADEMY
We reserve the right to cancel the event
- for organizational reasons (e.g., if the minimum number of participants is not reached) up to 5 days before the event date;
- for important reasons beyond Quantensprung's control (e.g., illness/accident of the speaker) up to and including the event date;
- due to force majeure and, if legal restrictions due to a pandemic prevent the event from taking place, up to and including the date of the event;.
In the event of cancellation by Quantensprung, if payment has already been received, the full price plus VAT will be refunded or a credit note for free rebooking will be issued, depending on your preference. Any further liability and claims for damages that do not relate to injury to life, limb, or health are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. This also applies to futile expenses (e.g., hotel rooms booked by you, as well as flight or train tickets). In all other respects, the provisions of the “Liability” section apply.
If Quantensprung cancels an event date to which you have already rebooked, you can rebook to another event date or another Quantensprung event free of charge.
9. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
Events and Programs
We reserve the right to make necessary changes for organizational reasons, in particular:
Rescheduling,
Adjusting the venue,
Changes to the schedule or content,
Replacing speakers or coaches,
provided that the changes do not significantly alter the overall character of the event or program and are reasonable for the participants.
Coaching, Consulting, and Mediation Sessions
For individually arranged coaching, consulting, or mediation sessions, we reserve the right to postpone appointments for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure) or to have them conducted by an equally qualified person (see also Section 8).
There is no entitlement to a specific person conducting the session unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Significant changes to the agreed type or scope of services require the participant's consent.
10. TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, HOTEL
Travel and accommodation are not included in the price. A block of rooms is available for participants of the Quantensprung seminars at the respective event hotel. Please make your own room reservation, specifying the respective event. Please note that the block of rooms is only available for a limited time. The option usually expires no later than 4 weeks before the event date.
11. WORKING MATERIALS
The written accompanying material for the Quantum Leap events is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the consent of Quantum Leap. In particular, but not exclusively, the transfer to third parties or public distribution or making available of documents, presentations, scripts, videos, images, audio recordings, etc. is not permitted without the written consent of Quantum Leap. This also applies to mere excerpts from the accompanying material.
12. DIGITAL CONTENT & APP
To support our events, programs, and coaching sessions, we provide a digital app or online platform. This platform primarily serves as access to seminar materials, digital content, organizational information, and invoices.
Access to the app is provided for the duration of the booked program or event and remains available for up to twelve (12) months after the last attended session, unless otherwise specified.
The content provided via the app is protected by copyright and may only be used for personal use. Distribution, reproduction, or public dissemination is prohibited.
There is no guarantee of the app's permanent availability. Short-term maintenance, technical adjustments, or temporary restrictions do not give rise to any claims for a reduction in fees or damages, provided they are reasonable.
The right to use the app and its content automatically terminates upon expiration of the access period.
13. DIGITAL PARTICIPATION (LIVE WEBINAR)
At a random point during the live webinar, you will be asked to sign a digital attendance list (or similar technical procedure). This proof of participation ensures that the requirements of § 15 (2) FAO are met. Please note that a certificate of continuing education can only be issued if you have signed the attendance list.
Technical requirements
The technical requirements for participating in our webinars are minimal and can usually be met without any problems. Nevertheless, please ensure that you have the following minimum technical requirements for participating in a webinar.
Hardware: PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone with internet access (broadband/DSL, mobile LTE), standard PC/laptop speakers or headphones
Mobile: Free Zoom app required
Browser: Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome (latest/two previous versions). Please note: Internet Explorer and Firefox are not supported: Please install the free Zoom app here.
The live webinar can be started via both the Zoom app and the browser.
At least one day before the webinar date, you will receive the access data for your webinar and a link to test the virtual room in Zoom. If you encounter any difficulties, please check that you are using the software described above. If you have any problems, please contact us. We will be happy to help you!
You can reach us by email at akademie@quantensprung.partners and by phone at: 0341 350 5973.
14. DATA
We would be happy to keep you informed about our events in the future: The necessary data will be stored for this purpose. You can revoke your consent at any time. You can find our privacy policy here.
Through your customer login, you can view and modify your data stored with us at any time.
15. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Unless otherwise stated, the price includes participation in the event and the documents.
- Quantensprung accepts no responsibility or liability for the topicality, completeness, and accuracy of all documents provided during the event.
- For e-learning products, the period of use is three months from the date of booking.
- For face-to-face events, conference drinks, refreshments during breaks, and lunch (for full-day events) are also included.
16. Participation fees, payment terms, installment payments, vouchers and discounts
The participation fees are based on the respective event description at the time of booking and are subject to statutory VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The participation fee is generally due upon invoicing. The invoice will be provided to the participant electronically.
Payment can be made – depending on the option offered during the booking process – by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, or via other online payment services.
If installment payments are offered and selected by the participant during the booking process, the following applies:
a) The number, amount, and due date of each installment are determined by the payment option selected during the booking process.
b) The first installment is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise specified during the booking process.
c) Subsequent installments are due automatically at the agreed-upon times.
d) The participant is obligated to ensure sufficient funds are available for the specified payment method.
If a participant defaults on a payment, in whole or in part, we are entitled to demand immediate payment of the entire outstanding balance. Further legal rights remain unaffected.
If dates or events are canceled or postponed for reasons attributable to us, the provisions of Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions apply.
In this case, the participant will receive, at their option, either
a) a corresponding credit note in the form of a voucher entitling them to a free transfer to a rescheduled date or another equivalent event offered by the Academy, or
b) a refund of the participation fee already paid.
Further claims, in particular for reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or other consequential expenses, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance at the event does not affect the obligation to pay the agreed participation fee – even in the case of agreed installment payments – unless otherwise stipulated in § 5 of these Terms and Conditions or by mandatory legal provisions.
Discounts, voucher promotions, or other special conditions are granted voluntarily and apply exclusively to the respective published conditions. Discounts are applied to the participation fee shown during the booking process.
In the event of withdrawal, cancellation, or rebooking in accordance with § 5 of these Terms and Conditions, the participation fees actually agreed upon and paid, taking into account any granted discount, always form the basis for any fees or credits. Subsequent crediting, refunding, or granting of discounts again is excluded.
Multiple discount promotions, vouchers, or special conditions cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
The participant is only entitled to set-off or retention rights if their counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed.
17. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
We will issue a certificate of attendance upon completion of the event. This requires attendance of at least 80% of the seminar time. Our subject-specific events that qualify for mandatory continuing education according to § 15 FAO / § 9 FBO are marked accordingly. However, the final decision regarding recognition remains with the chamber responsible for the participant.
For in-person events, we will provide all participants with an attendance list. If you do not wish to be included on this list, please inform us in advance of the event (at least 7 days prior to the start date).
18. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Photographs and film recordings made during events and seminars are available to Quantensprung for public relations purposes and may be used free of charge. Use of the recordings for purposes other than those described or forwarding them to third parties is not permitted. If you do not wish this, please let us know before the seminar begins.
19. QUALITY GUARANTEE
If you find that the event does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may leave the event before the first break and return the documents you have been given. You will then receive a voucher from us for the amount of the fee paid, which you can redeem at another event of your choice within the next 3 years. A cash payment of the price is not possible.
This quality guarantee is an additional service offer and applies regardless of the cancellation and withdrawal conditions agreed in the contract (see § 3).
20. LIABILITY
Quantensprung is liable for damages within the scope of the statutory provisions only in accordance with the following provisions.
Quantensprung is liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence on the part of Quantensprung or its legal representatives or vicarious agents, as well as for damages resulting from non-compliance with a guarantee given by Quantensprung or due to fraudulently concealed defects.
Quantensprung shall be liable, limited to compensation for foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, for damage resulting from a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations by it or its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely.
Quantensprung shall be liable for other cases of slight negligence limited to €25,000 per claim.
Other claims for damages by the customer are excluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
The limitations of the above provisions also apply in favor of the publisher's legal representatives and vicarious agents if claims are asserted directly against them.

Exercising your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Quantensprung Akademie GmbH, Bosestrasse 3, 04109 Leipzig, Germany, email: akademie@quantensprung.partners) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email, or via the cancellation function in the app). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
